We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars offered through the American Association of Orthodontists, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists and OSHA.

Hello, My name is Michelle, and I'm the treatment coordinator. I've worked with Dr. Frech for 13 years, and I assist Dr. Frech with new patient consultations. I enjoy meeting with all of our new patients and making them feel comfortable in our office. I am a native of Wichita falls and still currently live here. In my spare time I love playing with my dogs and visiting with my family.

Hello, my name is Lisa, and I'm the scheduling coordinator. I've worked here since 2006 and enjoy meeting and greeting all of the patients as they come and go. I also love the fun office environment; my co-workers are more like family. I am a native of Wichita falls, TX and currently live in Iowa Park, TX with my husband, Blaine and my 2 sons Kyle and Cooper. My daughter Mandy attends University of Texas. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially playing Candy Land with Cooper.

Hello, my name is Mandy and I'm the front desk/ insurance coordinator. I've worked here since 2006 and enjoy the daily activity and all of the wonderful patients and parents. I love to help with insurance, finances and scheduling for Dr. Frech. I also love being with all of my co-workers because they have become part of my family. We never have a boring day at our office. I am a native of Burkburnett, TX and currently live in Wichita falls, TX with my husband David and 2 children Kendalyn & Kayson. When I'm not in the office I enjoy playing sports and watching them (any TEXAS team) I also love spending time at the lake with my friends and family.

Hello, my name is Crystal and I'm the Financial Coordinator. I've worked with Dr Frech since 2000. I really have enjoyed getting to know so many parents of our patients. I also treasure all my co-workers; we are a great team and great friends. I am proud to work here - Dr. Frech is a terrific orthodontist. I'm originally from SW Kansas and currently live in Wichita falls with my husband Chad and 3 children Tanner, Marlee, and Zoe. I love spending my free time at the lake with my family. My least favorite thing to do is yard work!

Hello, my name is Christina, and I am the diagnostic imaging/ lab technician. I have worked here since 2006 and enjoy the variety of responsibilities I have in the lab, as well as taking photographs and x-rays. I also like making the orthodontic retainers to hold those beautiful smiles in place. I am a native of Wichita falls, and currently live here with my husband Jaime and 2 beautiful daughters Cierra and Crissa . In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy watching and playing sports.

Most of my spare time is spent with my family and cheering on my husband and son during their marathons.
